Creating a robust internal sales team educational platform.
Project Summary
BASF needed a mobile and tablet application specifically tailored for sales teams. The primary purpose is to provide a convenient platform for accessing agricultural training videos and other materials. These videos, carefully curated and tailored to highlight BASF products, serve as a valuable educational resource.
The Challenge
There were many videos and sales training materials developed, and content had to be categorized by crop. Each salesperson would be assigned a lot of different material and it would be easy to lose track of what they’d already consumed.
The Solution
We developed a robust color-coding and icon system to help categorize content, and utilized a card strategy that featured detailed tagging, which made searching easy and effective. The utilization of an extensive filtering system further optimized the user experience, allowing for precise targeting of content based on specific criteria.

The Results
The GrowSmart University platform resonated well with sales teams, emerging as a highly successful initiative. The adoption of this platform led to a noticeable decrease in time-to-mastery speeds among the sales teams.
