AA Cargo Mobile Website

Designing a new B2C customer shipping application with drop-off and pick-up functions.

Project Summary
American Airlines Cargo wanted to provide customers with a rich new mobile web shipping experience for shipping pets, etc. These functions were built right into search results after selecting desired airport. This rich experience required a lot of precise documentation.

The Challenge
Incorporating all the desired functions and information poses a considerable challenge, requiring a thoughtful and intricate process. The complexity lies in seamlessly integrating a mixture of functionalities, ensuring that the end result is not only comprehensive but also cohesive.

The Solution
I crafted a robust modular framework with wireframes and visual designs, designed to empower users with access to comprehensive shipping information for each airport. This solution offers users a sophisticated tool, enabling them to make well-informed decisions when it comes to pet shipping.

The Results
This application achieved significant success among American Airlines customers, especially those new to pet shipping. Its user-friendly approach made pet transportation accessible and convenient, garnering positive responses from users unfamiliar with the process.
